The work I do started long before The Townes Office existed

My Story

My entire career has been defined by one thing. Walking into situations with no foundation and building something that lasts. From the U.S. Air Force to Memorial Sloan Kettering to the businesses I work with today, the through line has always been the same. One thing has remained constant. I build from the ground up and I build to last.

The Air Force taught me how to show up in any environment, assess what’s needed, and get to work. I learned that the best solutions come from listening first and that no problem is too complex when you stay focused on the outcome. That mindset has followed me into every room I’ve walked into since.

At Memorial Sloan Kettering I started as a four month temp. I left as the creator of a credentialing program that had never existed before across multiple pediatric divisions. There was no blueprint. I was chosen to build one. That experience taught me that the most valuable thing you can offer any organization is the ability to create structure where there is none.

The Townes Office started simply. I was looking for work and took on some gig work to bridge the gap. My first few clients were small business owners who just needed a little help getting organized. What I found stopped me in my tracks. These businesses were doing everything manually. Spreadsheets by hand. Processes in their heads. Opportunities slipping through the cracks every single day. We are living in 2026 but many of these businesses were operating like it was 2006 and didn’t even realize it.

That was the moment of clarity. Not everyone can see what I see. Not everyone knows that the tools exist to solve these problems quickly, affordably, and without hiring a full executive team. But I do. And that’s exactly why The Townes Office exists

I started this business to bridge the gap between where businesses are and where they need to be. Using modern technology and AI to bring order, efficiency, and long term infrastructure to businesses that are ready to grow but need the right foundation to do it.

Every client receives daily email updates, weekly alignment calls, and direct access whenever they need it.

Working with me should feel calm, structured, and completely informed.

How I Work

Background & Credentials

Before The Townes Office I spent over a decade building operational infrastructure across very different environments. I served in the U.S. Air Force at Langley AFB, reaching the rank of Technical Sergeant E-6 and receiving an honorable discharge. I worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where I built a credentialing program from the ground up. I helped scale a logistics company from zero to significant annual revenue. And I completed software engineering training at General Assembly. Every role added a layer to how I think, build, and solve problems for the businesses I work with today.
